A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions, where consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ScheKo GmbH, Dornhofstraße 36, 63263 Neu-Isenburg, Germany, Tel.: +49 6102 7981223, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with the legal provisions governing electronic commerce and consumer protection, it is hereby documented that your consent to early contract fulfillment before the expiration of the statutory withdrawal period is obtained through the explicit confirmation of both checkboxes prior to purchase. This consent is construed as a binding agreement obligating contract fulfillment while simultaneously extinguishing your statutory right of withdrawal. It is expressly noted that the present agreement and your consent to early contract fulfillment are electronically recorded and documented. This electronic record encompasses all relevant information, including your consent, along with a unique timestamp indicating the moment of consent. The internal storage and archiving of this electronic record ensure the integrity and traceability of the consent process in accordance with the highest standards of legal certainty. By consenting to and accepting these terms, you expressly agree that this legally secure documentation may be utilized as evidence in the event of disputes or legal proceedings.
