4. Skills and Qualifications
- Why are you suitable for this position? I feel I am best suited to join this administration team due to my extensive experience within administration teams throughout my years on both Fivem and RageMP, Playing both these launches for 5 years has really opened my eyes about what to look for whilst being apart of the administration team, I'm great at meeting new people, I'm great at leading and working with a team and overall I'm great at giving ideas, suggestions and advice. I feel I have a lot to offer not just to the administration team but the server as a whole, In addition I have held multiple leadership roles in other servers which has furthered my transferable skills to be a natural born leader, I love taking control and being the leader of sort of a family and just knowing that everyone relies on me to make the right choices is great and I always do. I will finalise my statement by linking back to my experiences between the both platforms yes I have a lot more Fivem experience which you may see as a drawback however its not as Fivem has the best quality Roleplay out there and I'd love to bring that here.

- Reason for wanting to be an administrator: Not only do I want to be an administrator but I want to take part in a higher purpose and propose myself to become Curator of administration as I feel there's a lot I can teach to the administration team, Not a lot of administrators realise how hard it is to handle out punishments at the beginning of a new server due to the fact people find exploits and loopholes in the rules and then its on your judgement to punish accordingly, I've had experience with this as well as leading other admin teams, In addition I want to join the admin team to ensure that there is a stable balance within the server and that everyone is playing by the rules and guidelines that are set.
