2. General Information
  • Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
    I feel that I have relevant experience not only in the field of policing, but also with building new organizations from the ground up. We will begin by filling essential services ensuring that licenses are sold and that the streets of San Andreas are being patrolled. As we build our organization, we will open opportunities for specialty units (Traffic Squad, Event Squad, Community Services Squad). We will continue to expand LSPD and make it so it is capable of delivering the highest quality of police service to San Andreas.

3. Leadership & Roleplay
  • Previous leadership experience: Former LSPD Chief, FIB Director, 2x Gang Leader, Former Senior Administrator/Curator of Crime
  • Your leadership style: I enjoy leading by empowering my staff members and those under me to be successful. How I accomplish this is creating systems that set my employees up for success. I am also open to feedback and criticism from inside and outside of the agency.
  • Your roleplay style: I like to encourage both new and veteran players to join the organization. I do this by assessing each player's individual capability for roleplay, and then assigning them to a position that aligns with their interests and strengths. I also will create a basic training academy that allows LEOs to be trained on how to properly do their job, and conform to the highest standard of roleplaying possible.

4. Vision for the Server
  • How will you engage the community?: I have several plans to engage the community. Firstly, within the LSPD I will create a basic training program for training new officers on how to successfully complete their duties in the LSPD. Secondly, once we are first able to fill basic duties in the LSPD, I will create a Community Engagement Division that will allow LSPD to host events within the RP Community. We will of course perform all basic duties of a Police Department, and will engage with other organizations to carry out this goal.

  • Why should we choose you and not others?: I believe you should choose me over other candidates because of my experience building new organizations, and my understanding of what a new organization needs to be built from the ground up.
