Hello Chester, I hope you're doing well.

I know you're busy so I will get straight to the point. I've spent probably around 100 hours playing on this project because I love it and want it to succeed. The script is amazing, and I am extremely pleased to see admins of the EN server who truly care about the project and want it to succeed just as much, namely I would like to praise Kevin Som, Owen Gambino, and Kynzaro Cloud for their efforts, time, and passion that they constantly radiate and it shows in their work.

For a little over 3 days now, I am the Governor on the EN Server, putting in perhaps over 20 hours of work into developing legislation based on the possibilities the server script provides, and aiming to achieve a high standard of RP among state organizations. All the other state leaders have been very friendly and cooperative, helping us begin building the foundation for a beautiful and amazing future of state on Cloud RP EN, with everyone being invested into creating a better RP experience and having fun together.

The reason I am writing this, however, is that I can't help but feel as if apart from the aforementioned Kevin, Owen, and Kynzaro, the administration, and more specifically Senior Curator of State Mohammed Vautier and the Chief and Deputy Chief Administrators have lost their passion for the project.

Our curators have been radio silent for pretty much the entirety of this GOV term, ignoring any messages or questions in curator chat and general inactivity. I even found our Senior State playing fortnite on another discord server, while in the meantime I was waiting for his reply in curator chat for many hours at that point. After sharing this information with the Curator of Administration, I hoped that the situation will be resolved and we, the players of Cloud RP will finally get a curator's help when we are working many hours every day trying to improve the server from our side, as IC players, however, nothing happened, Mohammed is still senior curator of state and is still ignoring us....

Because we pretty much don't have a curator, Kevin and Owen helped us with many things setting up government, including cars, rank structures, and general feedback and advice when it came to doing our IC jobs.Like I mentioned in the beginning, this project has become my passion because I can see the potential that it has and that it can become an amazing home for many players to spend their time and enjoy RP. But when the daily peak is 15 players and we cannot get the Chief Administration to care about us, the players, and the organizations we're running, I don't think there is any other way than trying to seek help from you, as the Curator of Project.

My complaint is mainly directed against Mohammed Vautier, for not doing a single piece of his work as a senior curator since the release day (when we were getting ignored in FIB curator chat, and now in GOV), Theo Cloud, for not solving the situation after receiving multiple complaints and proof of Mohammed not giving a single bit of care about his work here, and Mina Cloud, because I don't even know what does the Deputy Chief of Cloud EN do except for parking his personal cars at the Capitol and flying GOV helicopters...

Please save Cloud RP

as someone who came from a long break from RageMP as a whole coming to Cloud and assisting my leader in his leadership over GOV, I have plenty of respect towards Mina and Theo and I do believe both Chief and Deputy Chief can improve and I dont wish to see any removal from that and I heard from previous that they had alot of hope and passion for the server and maybe its dying out? (I knew Mina for a long time across previous projects) I dont mind them staying in these positions, just maybe you and the rest of your upper management could have a chat with them about these things, as well about the GOV Curatorship and overall Sr. State, this Mohammad vautier Guy is just not it, as he is incredibly inactive all he does is "Request a meeting" with us in our Curator Chat, me and John are both available pretty much all day (minus days I work but when Ig et home I am available) and yet he refuses to respond about a meeting (yes he is online on the discord)

Overall I do hope the project improves alot in the chief down to Administrator area and hopefully before we get a large influx of players from Media attempts as this project has alot of potential and the scripts are absolutely lovely even in their early stages

I do believe Mohammad Vautier needs to be removed from Sr State and someone else who is passionate in the projects success steps up someone who will listen to their state leaders, and be there to Advise and Guide leaders into having a better State RP Experience (this leads into a more successful Crime Experience too)

Hello Dear Chester, I hope you are having a good day,

Leader of Yakuza here. I do not have complaints against my curators mainly here to commend Owen Gambino (Curator of admins) Evan and Kynzaro (Senior and Normal Curator) for their work, HOWEVER There has been 2 people here who I am afraid are respectfully poisoning the project in my eyes

Theo Cloud (Chief Administrator) and Mina Cloud (Deputy Chief Administratior), Now personally I loved mina as a player on other projects but as admin he does nothing but drive around and some times does adds work in Weazel news, the inaction based on many prior complaints of mine against vagos (Before they inevitably got disbanded ) shows this as neither Theo or Mina really cared to help me in any way or have not vocalized it to me like "Kevin Som" for example did saying "Hey i want to help but its not my decision to make" This has essentially doomed my faction and made 7 active players abandon the server and one of them to get so frustrated they made some major admin insults and became the first Blacklisted individual on the english project.

In my opinion I see a lot of potential in the project but if there is not new CAPABLE High administration I do not see a reason why I should try growing the player base and staying as Leader as by not punishing rulebreakers they made so many quit already

Thanks for listening to me Kind Regards

The Yakuza Leader.

Hello Chester, I am truely regretfull for my actions (Im the blacklisted individual Liam mentioned) Its True my frustrations were not specifically against Kevin but the high admins as a whole, Their inaction against Vagos made me and my friends all quit the project and we wont return (well I definetly wont) However Liam seems pretty confident on this project so for his sake Im asking you to replace your Cheif and Deputy Chief admin... Thank you

Since everyone is sharing their side of the story, I’m sharing mine as well. Even though I don’t need to make it public, I’m doing this for the community. Many of you already know that I’ve been close to most of you, listening to your feedback and ideas. All of you have amazing suggestions that could make Cloud something truly remarkable.

However, I’ve had to shift my focus to something else—primarily working on bringing more players to the community. I’m exploring various ways to expand our potential and have temporarily left my admin team to handle things directly with you. As Chief, I can’t always be everywhere at once, but I do understand your concerns and frustrations.

Rest assured, my actions will be taken after @Chester review.

Hello,

Since i saw my name mentioned in the forum, and I want to thank you for creating it and reaching out to the Cloud Roleplay team. This will definitely help us improve the quality of our work. I really respect your opinions, as well as Rein’s.

To clear things up, no, I haven’t lost any passion for the project. I believe it has a lot of potential. Right now, Theo and I are focusing mainly on improving the player count, which is our top priority. That’s why we’ve assigned admins to handle the work for us so we can focus on other things.

And now Mainly we’re putting a lot of focus on player feedback and improving the overall quality of RP.
And now we wait for Chester reply before taking any actions!

Thank you for your support!
Mina Cloud

Hello, i explained to you in curator chat, but I’ll construct a more professional response here.

My job as Senior Curator State is too ensure all orgs are finely running, with leaders and functional staff members. Since opening i spent numerous time, creating interviews for each org which takes chunks of time as you’d imagine, and appointing various leaders with the help of others state advisors. But mostly communicating with other higher ups about plans and what we can do to improve overall.

The main concern here is the government law. I told you on numerous occasions and in meetings, what the whole idea was, how we would approach it. Its not something that could be done in 2 days. Not with the workload we receive, i have to individually look at each law ensuring it does not go against server script, that it makes sense, and causes no issues between roleplaying. Additionally, incorporating the German servers laws translated into english as such laws have a lot of room to encourage professional RP.

I do not intentionally ignore anyone, i see everything and work in the background as seen by higher administration. However, bringing up what i do in my spare time has no relation to you, or Cloud RP, therefore bringing it up is pure act of disrespect in my opinion, especially the way you had brought it up in curator chats, which rightfully warranted an organisation penalty. Having agendas against certain people whom i may communicate with again does not correlate with anything, and is respectfully none of your concern.

Most of your laws are now approved, but some pending which you will need to remain patient for.

Dear John,

First of all, thank you for your detailed account of this matter.
After consulting with Theo, I note that certain shortcomings have been acknowledged. At the same time, I have now been assured that some of the identified issues are being promptly addressed, and further discussions and sustainable changes are in the works.
I kindly ask you and everyone else involved in this matter to exercise some patience and to submit a brief report in the coming weeks.

Therefore, I am now closing this complaint for the time being.

Best regards,
Chester
