I have a strong passion towards the organization of EMS, I would like to help people with Love and care in all their basic needs of their health care. I can make EMS as a best organization in whole city with good Doctors, surgeon, Nurse, Medical Technologist, and with good interns

+ Your Leadership style: My Leadership activity ill be good in making decision making while adapting the players for the organization. I ill be choosing the employee with good communication skills, their capability of handling the patient, and i ill train them how to handle the HIGH PRESSURE scenarios. I ill give bonuses based on their performance and there ill be a weekly party for the EMS employee.
I ill be a inspiring and motivating leader for the EMS employee.

+ Your Roleplay style: My roleplay style will be towards the players are " Hello Sir/ ma'am i m Layla Era how can i help you " this as Immediate introduction to the players who enter the hospital or in city. I ill switch on my POV when i go ON DUTY, when the player is have a critical situation i ill be saying " Stay calm Sir / Ma'am I am here to help you, i ill be patching you and healing you. You ill be alright soon.

+ How will you engage the community?
I ill do constant promotion in social platforms where there is good reach and i ill be introducing this community to lot of people around me and this community benefits.

+ Idea for new activities within the organization:
I will give the employee a title those who work very hard " Employee of the week " in the mails section, so that the players ill be very eager towards the organization. There will be a daily reward task for the employees like 50 Midruns - 100k.

In my Duty term i ill give my the best Roleplay as an EMS leader. The way i treat the employee they ill love me to the core, they may still ask for my term with my love
