Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
I Need to be leader of EMS of because I want to serve citizen who want medical attention I will help citizens. I gained so much experience in EMS as a Deputy Chief and 1x Temp Chief, grinded in EMS for 6 months and observed some key areas where it needs improvement 3. Leadership & Roleplay.
I’ll make sure to encourage open and friendly communication between everyone. By promoting honest conversations, listening to each other, and treating everyone with respect, I’ll help ensure that everyone feels heard and understood. When we focus on working together, being kind, and respecting one another, we’ll build stronger connections, lift each other up, and work better as a team.

Interaction with Citizens
Since nowadays there have been many situations in the city where citizens need medical help frequently, so its our duty to provide them with the medical help whenever needed. So, I will try to set up good ambulance team for citizens.
Host an Events/Give aways
So, to make the employees fun working in my term, I will try to host so many unique events/giveaways and it will be surely help them to be engage in roleplay and will enjoy working here. Which will benefit the org as well as those employees will tell their friends to join EMS too.
