2.1) Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
2.1.1) I have been in the city for a while now and i have noticed that very few players are actually active on the server. I though very less people are active in server I will engage people of other state to come out state and join Emergency Medical Services
2.1.2) I have a long history of experiences in many legal orgs grinding for 6 months in Emergency Medical Services was a deputy chief in Ems that’s why I had experienced
3. Leadership & Roleplay
3.1) Previous leadership experience:
3.1.1) I Dont Have Pervious Leadership Exp but i for sure know how to Lead and handle big amount of people because i was mainly a High command in EMS. So I can easily manage that
3.2) Your leadership style:
3.2.1) I am mainly a team player so i am calm and collected most of times and I won’t see the player rank if they are doing hard work I give them bonuses
3.3) Your roleplay style:
3.2.3) My roleplay style is immersive and adaptive i lean new things very quickly and I know and how to manage a situation
4. Vision for the Server
I will make server more beautiful and helpful environment
4.1) How will you engage the community?
4.1.1) My Plan is to invite more people from outside the city so they can also engage in the community and boost it!
4.2) Ideas for new activities within the organization:
4.2.1) I have a very rough plan to create few events in which people who work much harder than other bonus will be provided and host giveaways and we also interacts with citizens
