2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 - First of all, Families is a very unique gang for me, with its distinct colors, a great HQ, and proximity to other gang locations, making it a strategic choice. Families has always been a gang of high value compared to others. I've always wanted to lead Families because one of my goals is to take on a leadership role and establish good terms while achieving 100% ghetto control. I hope to accomplish that and will do everything in my power to keep my gang active, working closely with my deputies and a strong leadership team.
3. Leadership & Roleplay
3.1 - I believe I have enough experience to be a leader in illegal organizations. Right now, I want to take on the role of a leader and manage my gang effectively. I am confident in my ability to lead successfully during events, and the location of Families is very advantageous for our plans in the ghetto. As we aim for 100% control, Families will be an excellent fit for achieving our goals.

How will you engage the community?
4.1 - I will ensure that only English-speaking members are accepted into the gang. I plan to host frequent events throughout the day to keep the community engaged and prevent boredom. I will carefully select my deputies and emphasize discipline by informing all HCs (High Command) that breaking even a single rule will result in immediate removal, with no tolerance for exceptions. My gang will not accept rule breakers, and all HCs will conduct thorough interviews with potential members. Favoritism will not exist under my leadership, as fairness and equality are my top priorities.
Ideas for new activities within the organization:
4.2 - I will focus heavily on activities like Resource Battles, Air Drops, and Graffiti Fight events. I will ensure that no member of my gang is humiliated and will always stand by my gang when I am active.
4.3 - Additionally, I will provide generous bonuses for outstanding participation in activities and will introduce more engaging events to keep the organization dynamic and rewarding.
