Enhanced Scheduling : Implement shifts or rotations to ensure admin presence during peak hours.
Community Communication : Regularly update players on admin availability and the best channels for support.
Team Expansion : If resources allow, recruit and train additional admins to meet the growing demands of the community.
EN Senior Admin : From When I Joined This Server There's No En Senior Admin Spotted by Me. If there's No Senior Admins Available Then Promote The junior Admins Who Are Capable For It.

Hello, I hope you are well, As the professional leader of the organization, I need to take care of the very important issue which has recently faced. The fact that there is no senior curator at this time There is no senior curator provided to EMS (Organization) internal to the institution has created a gap that indeed was proving a real challenge to provide continuity in respect of senior administrative functions. No one can shoulder the responsibilities of the Senior Administration team at the moment. Urgent action is required in this situation. As I like this server, I want this server to be next level and for that server might need improvement for administration support. I agree there should be a proper schedule which should be followed by admin to help in improvement of this server. I think you should take a strict action about that. You should also provide a curator for the state to take the responsibility. For ex- There is no curator for EMS (Organizations)
