Bizwar Rules
yx2wK8Q.png
General rules:
1.1
The final decision regarding situations and penalties is always made by the Senior Curator Crime.
Explanation: Each situation is individual and it is impossible to define all penalties in the rules.
1.2 Each new leader can set a Bizwar break of 1 to 3 days at the beginning of their term of office.
Note: If this break is to be ended prematurely, the responsible Senior Curator must be informed.
1.3 A Bizwar may only be started on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Note: The server time always applies and must be adhered to.
1.4 The minimum number of participants per side is 5 people.
1.5 The maximum number of participants per side is 15 people.
1.6 The defending side can take part in a Bizwar with fewer or no participants.
1.6.1 The attacking side must always enter the area with the registered number of men.
1.7 Registration for a Bizwar must be made at the earliest 30 minutes and at the latest 20 minutes before the start via the designated Discord channel (#bizwar-attacks).
1.8 A mafia may only register a new attack once the previous Bizwar has been completed.
1.9 A mafia may carry out a maximum of 4 attacks and 4 defenses per day.
1.10 As soon as a Bizwar has ended, both sides have a temporary break of 25 minutes.
1.10.1 As long as this temporary break exists for a side, it may not be attacked and may not attack itself.
Note: The mafia may only carry out another attack after the 25 minutes have ended; registration can also take place during this break.
1.11 Even if an active Bizwar is still running, a new attack may still be registered by other mafias.
Note: A Bizwar may not overlap with another Bizwar.
1.12 When registering, the attacker determines the requirements for the Bizwar, including the number of participants, the time and the weapon selected for the Bizwar.
Note: The defending side must always comply with these requirements.
1.12.1 The selected weapon must always be in the organization's crafting menu; no other weapons may be selected.
1.13 Each participant must be in a voice channel on the organization's Discord for the Bizwar.
1.14 A responsible person must be appointed for the Bizwar, who will take care of this area of responsibility and manage it.
Note: This person must not be a leader or deputy leader of the organization.
1.14.1 If this person is banned for cheating, the organization will be punished. | Warning for the leader
1.15 A registration may not be edited or deleted in Discord. | Verbal warning for the leader

POV:
2.1
Each participant is required to make a video recording from the beginning to the end of the Bizwar. | 15 day ban
2.2 Each participant is required to keep the video recording of the Bizwar for 48 hours. | 15 day ban
2.3 The video must be uncut and must not be edited. The video quality must be at least 720p and the original sound must be present. | 15 day ban
Note: The recording must have been created using a clip program with which all overlays are visible.

2.4 The Senior Curator Crime has the right to request a video recording of certain players within 24 hours of the Bizwar. | 15 day ban
2.5 If no video recording is presented due to suspicion of third-party software (cheating), the Senior Curator Crime can impose a Bizwar ban on the respective player.

Bizwar areas:
3.1
The participants must get to the Bizwar zone themselves. They are protected before and on the way to the zone and must not be killed.
Note: A participant is seen as an OOC person both before and after.
3.2 The Bizwar zone may only be entered by the defenders beforehand in order to spawn within the zone.
3.3 The zone can be left, but shooting is not permitted outside the zone.
Note: Outside the zone, each player takes 5HP damage per second.
3.4 Attackers may only enter a Bizwar zone once the Bizwar display is available and the Bizwar has started.
3.5 Attackers have a maximum of 3 minutes to enter the Bizwar zone after the Bizwar has started.
3.6 Defenders must enter the area no later than 3 minutes before the end.
3.7 If a person is banned due to cheating, all deals are divided between the respective mafias.
Note: Only the deals won by the person will be given away.
Note: In the respective organization Discord, there will be a pre-made channel in which the selected team of players is documented for each Bizwar. If incorrect information is provided, this can lead to automatic exclusion from the Bizwar season.
