The Mafia - a large criminal society that consists of various criminal groups united into a common organization, embodying a shared code of conduct. The Mafia conducts its business more discreetly within the state, under the guise of legitimate enterprises. New members of the Mafia must prove their loyalty to the organization.

A Gang is a criminal group of armed individuals engaging in illegal activities, organized robberies, and the sale of prohibited items. Each criminal grouping or gang has its own color and various territories where the gang exerts its influence (turf). Every citizen of the state knows that the ghetto is ruled by these groups.

General Rules:
1.1
The behavior of your in-game character must be adapted to the respective organization.
Note: If the behavior conflicts with the concept of the organization, the Senior Curator of Crime reserves the right to expel that person from the organization.
1.2 Every member of an organization must wear clothing that clearly indicates their affiliation (at least 70% of the clothing). | 120 minutes Jail
Explanation:
Calculation of shares:
  • Upper body - 40%
  • Pants - 40%
  • Shoes - 20%
  • Headgear - 20%
  • Mask - 10%
  • Vests and accessories are not included in the share calculation.
1.3 Members of the Mafia must always dress stylishly and professionally to reflect their status. Clothing associated with gangs, such as colorful sportswear or flashy gang symbols, is not allowed. | 120 minutes Jail
Note:
The clothing must be worn at all activities where you act as a member of the organization.
Exception: The events "Airdrop" and "Resource Battle" are exempt from this rule.
1.4 Members of a gang must dress in street style to reflect their status. Clothing associated with the Mafia, such as formal attire or suits, is not allowed. | 120 minutes Jail
Note:
The clothing must be worn at all activities where you act as a member of the organization.
Exception: The events "Airdrop" and "Resource Battle" are exempt from this rule.
1.5 It is prohibited to sell ranks for in-game currency. | Warning
1.6 It is forbidden to escape a police chase or a chase by criminals by fleeing into the HQ of a criminal organization. | Warning
1.7 It is prohibited to take items unauthorized as a member of an organization unless previously agreed upon with the leader or deputy. | Permanent ban for warehousing
Note:
No property of the organization may be stored in the storage of family estates or other houses, as well as in personal vehicles.
1.8 All activities may also be approached with the private vehicles of the respective members.
1.9 The organization color is determined by the administration and must be maintained. | 120 minutes Jail

1.10 An organization is limited to 12 ranks; no more ranks may be created.
1.11 If an organization is newly occupied, the leader may take advantage of a build protection of 24 hours.
1.12 No alliances may be formed with any other criminal organization or its members unless a diplomatic alliance has been established with them. | 120 minutes Jail
Exception:
If gangs in the ghetto wish to ally against the state, this is allowed even without an existing alliance.
1.13 No helicopters may be exploited to gain an advantage in certain jobs (e.g., hunting on Cayo Perico) or family activities. | 120 minutes Jail
1.14 An organization may consist of a maximum of 35 people. | Warning for the leader
Note:
If the limit is exceeded, the respective individuals must be removed.
Note: The administration reviews the respective offense and decides whether a sanction is necessary at that time or if a short-term violation caused no damage.
1.15 If a new member is invited, this may only occur at the HQ of the organization.
Note: A proper procedure should be followed when recruiting a new member, including a verbal conversation with this person and an introduction to the tasks and processes of the organization.

Additional Regulations as a Member of a Criminal Organization:
2.1
You must make a demand of a civilian if you wish to drive them out of your HQ - if they do not listen to you after 5 seconds, you may kill them. | Warning
2.2 It is allowed to organize various RP events at your HQ.
2.3 It is prohibited to conduct any commercial activity (sale of weapons or drugs) at the HQ of a rival gang or mafia. | 120 minutes Jail
2.4 You may not carry out in-game activities in the territory of rival gangs or mafia.
2.5 You must document every successful activity within your organization on the forum with a timestamp (date, time, type of action, involved members). | Warning
2.6 A member of a gang or mafia must remain in character at all times. | Permanent ban
2.7 It is allowed to open fire on a criminal or state organization without prior warning if they are located in your organization’s HQ.
2.8 It is permitted to trade resources (materials, weapons, weed, etc.) of an organization - however, there must be a clear consideration in return and, if necessary, it must be agreed upon with the administration beforehand.
Note: All funds from the sale must be credited to the organization’s account within one hour.
Note: Additionally, a video recording must be kept for 48 hours.
2.9 If a player leaves their organization independently, none of their characters may join another criminal organization within 24 hours. | Warning
Exception:
If a new leader for an organization is announced, a player may join within the first 24 hours and disregard this rule.

Rules for a Bloodout:
3.1
Members of an organization can be dismissed via a Bloodout. The former member is then obliged to forget all internal information about the organization.
3.2 A Bloodout is only valid if it is carried out by a higher-ranking member of the organization.
Note: Each Bloodout must be documented in the respective Discord of the organization for the administration.
3.3 A Bloodout can be granted at any time and is also effective retroactively.
3.4 If a player leaves the organization, they may not rejoin the organization for at least 7 days. | Verbal warning for the leader
