Heist the Secret Transport

Raid on the Secret Transport - this is an event that takes place between criminal organizations and selected state organizations. A secret intelligence agency from abroad is expanding and becoming more prominent in Los Santos. Using their disguised submarines, this agency repeatedly attempts to smuggle special vehicles and equipment into the city. The criminal organizations feel insulted and threatened that someone else wants to interfere in their business, while state organizations are also eager to counteract this to ensure the safety of Los Santos.

Event Procedure:

  []Every Sunday, the intelligence agency conducts the secret transport, with the time adjusted randomly between 7 PM and 10 PM to ensure safety and maintain secrecy.
  []It is known that the intelligence agency operates undercover and will flee immediately if approached; afterward, both criminal and state organizations must try to secure the transport for themselves.
  []This transport must then be brought back to the respective organization's HQ to secure the contents of the transport.
  []The secret transport always contains a special vehicle, which is equipped with a remote detonator that will be activated after one week, causing the agency to destroy it. Additionally, the organization may receive a sum of money that must be evenly distributed among all participants. In rare cases, an exclusive piece of clothing selected by the secret leader of the intelligence agency is also included.

General Rules:
1.1 Participation in the event is only allowed for criminal organizations and the selected state organizations (FIB, LSPD & Army). | 120 minutes Jail
1.2 The rules of the event apply during the time frame between 7 PM and 10 PM.
Note: The exact timing varies randomly; however, if a player actively participates, they must also adhere to the regulations.
1.3 Handcuffs and restraints may not be used during the event.
Explanation: The primary task for the organizations is to secure the equipment and special vehicles.
1.4 The transport may only be returned to the respective HQ and must be done as quickly as possible.
1.5 The maximum number of participants per organization is: max. 10 people. | Warning for the Leader
1.6 Once the transport is sighted and other organizations are involved, shooting at other vehicles from within a vehicle is permitted.
1.7 No metagaming is allowed; all communication must occur via voice chat.

Rules for Criminal Organizations:
2.1 Alliances and coalitions are allowed during the event.
Note: The contents obtained from the transport must later be shared among participants.

Rules for State Organizations:
3.1 The use of personal transport vehicles during the event is prohibited. | 120 minutes Jail
