Robbery and kidnapping rules
1.1 In the case of robberies and kidnappings, players should generally adhere to the server's rules.
1.2 It is prohibited to rob or kidnap anyone in a green zone or adjacent areas, at the headquarters of state organizations, criminal organizations, and on the grounds of family houses. | Warning
Note: Attempting to bait or lure individuals into these areas falls under this regulation.
Exception: In the headquarters of criminal organizations, they may rob someone if the person is already present there.
Robbery:
2.1 It is prohibited to conduct a robbery without a prior request. | 120 Minutes Jail
2.2 There must be at least twice as many robbers as victims. | Warning
Note: To rob a victim, at least one vehicle of the robbers must be present.
Note: The vehicles must be within sight of the robbery; they must not be hidden or too far away.
2.2.1 The robbery of a player begins the moment a weapon is pointed at the victim, and the words "Put your hands up, this is a robbery" or something similar are spoken by the robbers. After this, the victim is obliged to raise their hands. The RP situation ends when the property is handed over and the victim is allowed to leave. | 60 Minutes Jail
Note: Further demands from the victim after the situation has ended are prohibited.
2.2.2 The robbery of a vehicle begins when the victim is ordered to stop, and the robbers say "Stop the car, this is a robbery" or something similar. After these actions, shooting at the victim's vehicle is permitted. The victim must stop their vehicle if they are cornered and continue the RP situation. The RP situation ends with the transfer of property and the release of the victim. | 60 Minutes Jail
2.2.3 If a robbery is committed by a group of people, the robbery itself may only be carried out by one person. Repeated robbery is prohibited. | Warning
Explanation: During a robbery by a group of people, you cannot rob the same person again.
2.3 Robberies are only permitted for members of gangs and mafias. | 120 Minutes Jail
Note: Kidnappings can also be carried out by families.
Example: A family takes a hostage to later carry out a bank robbery.
2.4 It is prohibited to call employees to lure them into a robbery or kidnapping. | Warning
Example: Using services (e.g., taxi) or placing ads in Weazel News.
2.5 It is prohibited to rob individuals in beginner jobs (bus drivers, taxi drivers, etc.). | Warning
Note: The money transporter is not a beginner job.
2.6 It is prohibited to force the victim to use the state radio, department chat, PDA, or Weazel News. | 1-3 Days Ban
Example: Promoting criminal organizations or actions or mentioning their inappropriate behavior.
2.7 During a robbery, robbing personal items is prohibited (trunks and lockers may not be searched). Only the system functions for robbing the person may be used. | 1-3 Days Ban
Exception: Firearms and knives, ammunition, bulletproof vests, and any drugs.
2.8 It is prohibited to delay the robbery to wait for help from one’s organization or family. | Warning
2.9 It is prohibited to kill the victim after the robbery without IC reasons. | 120 Minutes Jail
Explanation: The motive for the murder may be insult, indecent acts, flight, identification of the perpetrator, direct mention of a report by the victim to the LSPD, FIB, or court, or an attempt to intimidate through retaliation.
Kidnappings:3.1 Calculation for the number of kidnappers:
Note: The maximum number of victims is 4 people. | 180 Minutes Jail for all involved
- 2 kidnappers for 1 victim
- 4 kidnappers for 2 victims
- 6 kidnappers for 3 victims
- 8 kidnappers for 4 victims
Note: Other demands must be approved by one of the curators before the kidnapping begins.
Note: Only the prescribed ransoms may be received/accepted.

3.3 The party facing the kidnapping has the right to check the integrity and number of hostages once.
Explanation: This condition is mandatory; failure to meet this requirement will be considered an inadequate demand for a hostage situation.
3.4 Changing locations with the hostage is only permitted if the kidnappers are not surrounded by employees of state organizations.
3.5 The entire kidnapping process must be recorded on video by at least one of the leading kidnappers of the organization. | Warning for the Leader
3.6 It is prohibited to take a negotiator as a hostage. | Warning
3.7 The operation is primarily led by the FIB; in their absence, authority shifts to the leadership of the LSPD -> NG.
3.8 The time to meet the demands of the kidnappers should not exceed 30 minutes.
3.9 If the leader or deputy of the organization is kidnapped, they must have a complete video recording of their perspective from the moment of abduction. | Warn
3.10 It is prohibited to initiate an attack if there has been no dialogue between the negotiator and the kidnappers. | Warn
Note: The negotiator is required to keep a complete video recording from the moment of arrival until the end of the negotiations. | 7-day ban
3.11 Pre-arranged kidnappings are strictly prohibited. | Warn
3.12 If the demands of the kidnappers are met, they are required to release the victim.
3.13 The party that kidnaps the hostage has the right to ask three questions that the hostage must answer truthfully. | Warn
Note: Only situation-appropriate and RP-related questions are allowed.
Rules for the Victim:
4.1 It is prohibited to show any active or passive aggression towards the kidnappers (insults, provocations, illogical actions that do not correspond to the IC role of the victim). | Warn
Rules for Storming a Kidnapping:5.1 Special units of the FIB or LSPD may only initiate an attack if the hostages are not in danger. The following indicators apply:
- If the kidnappers neglect their vigilance over the victim, a storm can be initiated.
- If the kidnappers are holding the victim in a safe location, and the ransom payers are certain that they are not in danger, the attack can be initiated.
- If the ransom payers are unsure if they can neutralize the robbers, it is necessary to refrain from an attack.
- If the kidnappers are demanding more ransom than allowed by the rules.
- If the kidnappers have made a request and then changed it or made another request.
- Requests for armored vehicles, helicopters, and other special equipment.
- Fire has been opened on the negotiator or other officials.
- Refusal to comply with the demand to verify the integrity of the hostage.
