Rules for Submitting a Complaint About a Player

Your complaint title must include:
[Reason for Complaint] | [Accused Player's ID]

Examples:
  • VDM | 500
  • RDM | 320
  • Cheater | 600

Use this template to fill out your complaint:

  • Evidence (video/screenshot links):

Complaints may be rejected if any of these rules are not followed:
  1. The complaint doesn’t have enough information or is unclear.
  2. The evidence video is older than 48 hours.
  3. The evidence video must be at least 30 seconds long (except for cheating cases).
  4. The evidence must be good quality (minimum 720p).
  5. All sounds must be clear in the evidence video.
  6. You cannot file a complaint about a situation you weren’t part of.
  7. The complaint contains offensive or harmful content.
  8. Evidence must be uploaded to approved platforms:
  9. Edited evidence that doesn’t match the original will not be accepted.
  10. If your evidence has sensitive or private details, these must be blurred. However, the full, unedited version must be sent privately to a Senior Administrator.
  11. Duplicate complaints about the same situation are not allowed.

Important Notes:
- Evidence must stay available for at least 48 hours. If not, administrative action may be taken.
- Do not comment on complaints. Only those directly involved may reply with counter-evidence, and this must include videos or screenshots.
