- Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization? I want to become the leader of the ballas street gang because I aspire myself as a leader and I would like to lead a organization and make the ballas street gang the most notorious gang among all the gangs and only take the most fearless people in my gang to make my gang the most notorious among all the gangs in the city
- Previous leadership experience: I have been the under deputy of all the gangs in the whole grp project and has been the most notorious member amongst all the members in the gangs.

- How will you engage the community? I will recruit my friends and followers and the best shooters into the organization so it become the most notorious gang in the whole city.
- Ideas for new activities within the organization: I would recommend we do global events and allow the gang to raid an other gang to steal 30% of their ammunition and guns.
