• Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?

I worked as an EMS employee for1.5 months. i Started as a trainee in EMS.I served as a FTO in a term.My experience as FTO of EMS has allowed me to demonstrate my understanding of the organization's challenges and strengths, as well as my knowledge about the organization itself.

• How will you engage the community?
  - I will give my full potential for the server.
  - Gives my best part to build a nice community.
  - Giving different event every week by the organization side
  - Tries to help everyone who need help from the organization
  - Tries to make 1 unit active at hospital for hospital and 1 unit at calls
  - Tries to keep an fixed amount of medicines at storage
  
  
• Ideas for new activities within the organization:
  - Giving different Ranks to the employees, we can split the work load to everyone and it will make everyone feels free.
  - Dividing work time into 2 shits (day shit and night shit) we need to find more employees from different timezones.
  - Recording everyone work time in discord by giving log channels.
  - Need to give bonus and promotions as per the employees work time log

  • Why should we choose you and not others?
    - I have been playing GTA5 RP for more than 3 years in different cities. I Have got experienced from legal and illegal organization. I have gone through different situation from different characters. My RP experienced help me to understand the dynamics of RP in different perspectives in each city I play. Solved each and everyone situations peacefully, even it is tough to handle. I have been working for one and half months as an EMS in Grand RP server EN3. My patients, empathy and the skill to problems are the main skill needed to be an Leader of EMS i believe.
    - If I become the Leader of Emergency Medical Service, fostering growth and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and care will be my prior focus.

    I am new to this new server. if I become the leader, i can disscuss with the Admins who are head of the EMS and bring some Ranks and activites to the organization
