2. General Information
- I would like to become the leader of the Army on Cloud RP. I bring with me various different experiences from different roleplay projects in GTA V and ARMA 3 (MilSim). I also have a history of the infrastructure of new or struggling organizations. This includes training qualified people to work in state organizations, implementing standard operating procedures to ensure jobs are done consistently, and ensuring those procedures are enforced. I also believe in accountability for those who do not adhere to proper procedure, SOPs, and the law as a whole. I feel that I would be the best candidate suited to building the Army in it's early stages, and would look forward to implementing these basics and leaving a foundation for future Army leaders to take over.
3. Leadership & Roleplay
- Previous leadership experience: FIB Director, LSPD Chief, Army National Guard Lt. General, 2x Leader of Crime Gangs, Former Senior Administrator.
- Your leadership style: My leadership style involves building a strong foundation of people around me, and empowering those people to do their jobs to the best of their ability. I also believe in providing the proper training to those working in my organization so that all can do their jobs properly. When creating an organization, I also like to allow new people a chance to be a part of the organization, and after providing them with proper training will grow new players into leaders. I also would like to welcome veteran members of the community into the organization and provide them a role mentoring newer members of the organization.
- Your roleplay style: My roleplay style is to encourage events within the community. To this end I will ensure that the Army has a position open for Community Recruitment and Engagement. My roleplay style also involves improving the community as a whole, and cooperating with other state organizations to ensure the state runs smoothly.
4. Vision for the Server
- How will you engage the community?: With some of the previous ideas stated above. Recruitment events and building the organization will come first to build up a new organization. Once we have members within the Army, we will then begin to participate in scripted and unscripted events within the community. We will also set the standard for how the Army should be run.
- Ideas for new activities within the organization: Events around the MIlitary (Physical Training with Us, Boot Camp, Community Engagement Events, etc.)
5. Additional Information
- Why should we choose you and not others?: I feel that while there will be many strong candidates applying for this position, I have a very strong background when it comes to beginning organizations. I also am able to communicate with the administration and will work closely with my advisor to ensure that Army is run in accordance with all server rules. I will also consider the opinions of those around me and within the organization to build the most effective organization possible.
