Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
I have multiple reasons for being the leader of the FIB and one of the main reasons is the place it has in my heart, when I started RP FIB was the second organisation I joined and I had the best times in this specific organisation, after which I continued to stay in government and I have gained experience in all its departments like I have been the chief of the department of IA, COS of department of HR, HOD of SWAT, minister of department of homeland security and I have been the DHOD of Under Cover and the ex FIB director (leader) these experiences have given me a tour of FIB works so I think the time has come for me to apply for its leadership, I want to make the government the best organisation in the entire city. And I think I am a suitable candidate for this.

Your leadership style:
I have a vision of treating everyone equally and I do not prioritize friends which has helped me a lot from the time I have started taking up leaderships, I treat the organisation members as my family and I spread equality and brotherhood among everyone, I have the goal of taking my organisation to be the best in the city and I want to hear people saying 'FIB is the best organisation' I would love to make the members of my organisation feel that they are in the best term the organisation might ever have. But because of my friendliness I wont allow negligence to take place and I will make the organisation highly disciplined
Your roleplay style:
I am a strict roleplayer and I consider following all the rules of the server, I do not maintain negligence and I am highly disciplined I consider roleplay as another life of a person so i strictly behave while roleplaying, I prevent any rule break and I make sure that roleplay from my side is being done well and i ensure that I am following all the roleplay terms while I am enacting a character.

How will you engage the community?
I will engage in a manner that I am friendly with everyone and I will make sure that I do not hurt the instincts of any person and I will also make sure that I will behave in the manner how I would if I were to do the same thing in real life, I will make sure that I follow the ethics of behaving in a civil manner. I would also ensure that my fellow organisation members maintain the ethics of roleplay.
Ideas for new activities within the organization:
being the leader of an organisation is not just about managing them but it is also about improving the community through it so I would love to introduce new activities within my organisation with the approval of the admins, the activities which I can introduce are the following
Briefing- Every morning all the organisation members gather at a the headquarters and discuss about the problems within the organisation and if they have questions they ask it here.
Promotion ceremonies- Every week, once, I would like to conduct a promotion ceremony for all the active employees of the org.
Introduction ceremonies- Once, every week, I would like to conduct a introduction ceremony where I will introduce every new member to the organisation who has joined that specific week.
I will soon come up with many more activities such as these.

Why should we choose you and not others?
Having the experience of leadership in many servers I think I am a capable candidate for FIB leader, since I have also been the ex FIB Leader in another RP Project, I know the entire operation on how the FIB works and I think I will be able to lead it really well if given a chance over other candidates, I will make sure that the FIB being the most powerful org will also be the best place for its employees.
