2. General Information
2.1) Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
2.1.1) I have been in the city for a while now and i have noticed that very few players are actually active on the server. I thought i could contribute to changing that by at least making one of the gangs active, which could later continue to grow and develop further.
2.1.2) I have a long history of experiences in many illegal organisations/gangs because I have been to Vagos, Bloods, Marabunta, Ballas not only i was a member but i was was a high command in most of them as well that and not only that i have much experience in legal orgs as well as a HC And Mostly handling The HR Department so i know how to handle a big amount of people and how to not let me and my people down.

3.1) Previous leadership experience:
3.1.1) I Dont Have Pervious Leadership Exp but i for sure know how to Lead and handle big amount of people because i was mainly a HR in my previous Orgs that i was in.
3.2) Your leadership style:
3.2.1) I am mainly a team player so i am calm and collected most of times and i wont let my guys feel that there is a rank difference between them and me.
3.3) Your roleplay style:
3.2.3) My roleplay style is immersive and adaptive i lean new things very quickly and i know how to apply them in real situations.

4.1) How will you engage the community?
4.1.1) My Plan is to invite more people from outside the city so they can also engage in the community and boost it!
4.2) Ideas for new activities within the organization:
4.2.1) I have a very rough plan to create few skill development and Team bonding activities which will help the gang members to engage in the game more than ever.

5.1.1) Patience, Good Communication and last but not least i have a great team ready with me.

5.2.1) As A player i may lack some activity for few days because of a OOC Reason (will provide if asked) but the gang wont lack behind.
