2. General Information
- Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
- Im playing this server from the first day and I have gathered a decent amount of knowledge and experience in both factions whether it's state/crime side and the crime orgs a bit closer to me I have served it multiple times before in my past projects, also I'm currently Deputy of LCN and i think that its my time to apply and get the leadership RM and lead it with an successful term. I'm thinking that RM will be one of the most important organizations at this moment which has multiple aspects and things to participate in and it also impacts the activity and makes us improve better RP in this server and Im thinking that I will bring the best RP to both sides by giving my best while serving RM as a leader.

- Your leadership style:
- I would say Mafia's should be more healthy when it comes to RP all together, starting from all the necessary events and situations I've seen many times that orgs just powergame a lot of game rules and make it unforgiving and unfair towards the other side. I would do my best to make sure my members have the same level of RP as legal org members and I'll try to convey them a better advice to improve roleplay and to have an adequate recruiting protocol and make sure that every person involved understands all rules, especially server rules as I've seen too many orgs face dififculties over the most simple things.I'll try to make RM a high standard orgs with quite good activity and including server events and try to Make RP more healthy in crime vs LEOs events. I don't want to be a leader who forcefully implements situations and decisions over the other players or even the members of my org we will build a friendly family RolePlay environment which will attract new players in RM
- Your roleplay style:
- Basically i focus on impressive and realistic base strategies i enjoy creating unique ways to improve roleplay and implement new characters in it with detailed backstories. I love to collaborate with others to build an roleplay scenario to improve the quality in the Roleplay senarios.

- How will you engage the community?
- I will engage the community by hosting a few interactive events whether it's IC Or OOC with the help of administration secondly I focus on the feedback from the members or even from the other players to improve areas where we are lacking and I'll try to participate in all RolePlay scenarios encourage rp as much as I can and ensure everyone feels valued and includes in the server growth and activities
- Ideas for new activities within the organization: Monthly Competitions,Skill Development,Team-Building Events.
