Reason for Complaint: Breaking General Rule (combat Login ) + Government Org Rule 1.4
What happened?: When I Came To Stop Territory Attack I Saw the person planting bomb when i was just gone to talk to him he done Code A And then he relogs in Doing (Combat Login). I Know This person he is the leader of Ems and i am his employee.

I was coming to see what is that when I was not on duty I just want to check I was exploring our city I was not aware First of all it was not a combat login it was a general game crashing it was a combat login my game will login instantly you can easily se it’s a game crash due to some ooc problem and second of all other person uses gang weapons and gang clothes and doing Metagaming and Fl in the given proof you can see and he is deputy of an organisation (last of second video) and also lastly person also mention planting the bomb I was defusing the bomb because it was my mistake that I planted by mistake
