Ans: As My IRL and Past Experience in Other Roleplay Servers and My IC Experience In many Other ORG like LI, LSPD, EMS, SAHP, NG, FIB and GOV
I have been Deputy in all of the ORG in LAST 3.5 Year and I have also Held Position as Admin Assistant in Grand RP, and Main Reason I am Suitable for this position is My IRL Experience Which is ECH CERTIFIED ETHICAL HACKER Because of that I can also Find the Bugs in Server and I Can also Perform PC Check and I can test the Mod Bypasses which are used by some Bad Hacker to penetrate the Server and assess the Admin Panel and Many More as my IRL Experience hold 5+years of Software Testing and Bug Hunting , Server Security Bypass ( ETHICALLY ) , Also a backend Team Hendler

Ans: My Skills Are My Personality as a IRL Administrator in India at Infosys with Past 5+ Year Experience, I am Good at Communication and
capable of working under stress and taking quick and right decisions, evaluating complex situations, good with documents, punctual, reliable, I work good in teams, and I am good in making connections with people, generally good at multitasking and Positive demeanor and my Experience till now make me best in every situation, I have seen admins making different and/or wrong calls over a basic situation or are missing details when making calls. I can't give you evidence but I am guessing higher ups would agree with me. I can show the team how should we treat people since they were all players in the beginning, being granted admin powers shouldn't make us malicious and protective to friends. I like discussing things so i am sure that will also contribute the team for better understanding and take appropriate action in the future.

Reason for wanting to be an administrator
Ans: As My IRL Experience as well as IC Experience My Decision Making and Helping Players as an Admin, I have Enjoyed my experience as on other RP servers, and now that I have more time, I'm excited to contribute to this new server and help create a fun and fair environment for everyone.

Ans: Yes, the main reason to consider me is that I'm a very good learner I can grab things very easily and I'm pretty much aware of the rules and regulations which can help me to make this server the best RP server and I have been High commands in legal as well as illegal organizations and gained a lot of experience for the past 3.5 Year
