2. General Information
  • Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
  • I want to lead the ballas gang I have some serious dedication for its leadership. I understand the importance of teamwork, equality, loyalty and discipline
    I will make my organization the most dominant and respectful in the whole city also I will make every member feel valued and respectful. I also gathered a decent amount of knowledge and experience in both factions wheither its state or crime but I am a bit closer to crime.

  • Your leadership style:
  • The main thing I believe in is equality and teamwork. Every week I will set meetings so every member can be heard and can solve there issues if they are facing some and will take advice from them. I will respect everyone and I will be equal to everybody. and every week there is gonna be bonus for all members baced on there activity.
  • Your roleplay style:
  • I see this game as another life I do some serious roleplay and I will not break and server rules and if any of my member does not do roleplay I will tell them to do so and if they still do it I will take some money out from there bonus and then hopefully they will do some serious roleplay like me.

  • How will you engage the community?
  • As I said before I will do regular meetings every week to ensure everyones voice is heard in the meeting they will start to know each other also I will do some small teamwork events which will bring my members together also this will keep The Ballas gang really active and respected. I will ensure that our community stays together and engaged with each other.
  • Ideas for new activities within the organization:
  • I will organize events where members will work together to help there teamwork skills. This could involve strategic planning, coordinated attacks, or negotiations with other groups this will help the community to gain skill of team work and colaboration.
    there will bedetailed roles for each member (e.g., getaway driver, lookout, lockpicker) to earn resources and build teamwork.
    in every weeks meeting every member will get a challenge to complete e.g. earn a certain amout of money or get a certain amount of recources for the betterment of the organization.

  • Why should we choose you and not others?
  • You should choose me because I have serious dedication in it and I really beleive in teamwork and equality which is really important to keep the community happy
    I look for the betterment of everyone while others may focus only on there self the three main things which a community should have is unity, tolerance and discipline which I will focus alot on it. I listen to everybody and never back down from challenges. I am ready to take responsibility and make decision that benefit the group alot.
