- Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
- I want to take control in the city for that LSPD is a good option and I like LSPD so much and I love to work here and I don't want to miss this opportunity to become a leader. I want to remove the criminal activities from the city for that I will work very sincerely. I will try to make my organization the best and most active in the city. 3. Leadership & Roleplay
- Previous leadership experience:
- I was not the leader but I have experience as a high command in many organization's I know how to run an organization and I can deal with many critical situations which happens between organization's and I also know how to deal with higher ups
- Your leadership style:
- The main thing I believe in is equality and teamwork. Every week I will set meetings so every member can be heard and can solve there issues if they are facing some and will take advice from them. I will do promotion ceremony every week to motivate my units. I will respect everyone and I will be equal to everybody.
- Your roleplay style:
- I love to do proper roleplay with proper roleplay commands to make everything realistic and I will engage my units to do a proper roleplay if they founded harder i will teach them by myself.
- How will you engage the community?
- As I said before I will do regular meetings every week to ensure everyone's voice is heard in the meeting they will start to know each other also I will do some small teamwork events which will bring my members together also this will keep The LSPD really active and respected. I will try my best to engage my units together and be respectful with each other and for the citizens too.
- Ideas for new activities within the organization:
- I will organize events where members will work together to help there teamwork skills. This could involve regular plannings, coordinated attacks, or negotiations with other groups this will help the community to gain skill of team work and collaboration. I will also host ic events to make organization interesting. I will also host inter department events so my units also have some enjoy also.

- You should choose me because I am very hard working and I have too much experience in legal organization as I told you I can manage my organization and deal with higher ups so I think I am experienced enough to get the leadership
