- Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization? Sir i want to be a leader of EMS because sir as we know EMS is one of the most important Organization in Whole city its main work is to patch people , giving them medical insurance , Make medicines and painkillers for particular diseases so sir i want to be a leader of EMS because i have good past experience In EMS and also i can Work as an High Command closely to Chief to make the EMS Experience better by giving new suggestion on how to made EMS on Top and also sir i know all rules and regulations which is also necessary to know sir i also have good experience in FTO Department. Which is responsible for Trained New Employees and make them ready for future sir my aim is to made EMS on Top and also increase there reach to Help peoples which need us and Heal them from any diseases.

- How will you engage the community? Sir i can engage as an helping hands in community i can help my team and others who need help in any form and also tell them what is good and bad.
- Ideas for new activities within the organization: Sir i have some ideas which can helps to grow our team and increases faith in EMS like we can giving extra bonus to employee who can trained new employees and also we can give bonuses to employee who can give there extra time effort in EMS in day or in night shift and some another ideas which i have is to distribute rank in particular form like FTO Departement , Ambulance Service , Lobby service etc.
