General Rules
- If an attempt is made to deceive the administration, the account will be blocked without discussion.
- Suggestions for improvement should only be submitted via our roadmap and not via tech ticket.
- Where possible, a video providing evidence should always be provided. Without evidence, it can be difficult to understand your concern, which is why we may have to reject it.
- Images should only be uploaded to one of the following websites: imgur.com, prnt.sc, or imgbb.com.
- Videos should only be uploaded to one of the following websites: YouTube, Medal, Streamable, or Clipchamp.
- We do not download any evidence or files.
Refund policy
- To receive a refund, the ticket must be created within 30 days of an incident. Otherwise, no refund will be given (exceptions may be made in special cases).
- Excessive amounts of money, for example, set by the auctioneer, are considered to be the player's own fault and therefore will not be refunded.
- Items that have been thrown on the ground and have not disappeared due to a server error will also not be refunded.
