4. Without proof it is hard to find a solution to your problem. We reserve the right to deny a technical ticket.
5. Picture proofs should be uploaded to imgur.com, prnt.sc or imgbb.com. Videos should be uploaded to YouTube, Medal, Streamable or Clipchamp.

Please only use this forum if you experience issues with Cloud Roleplay or the shop system that have an impact on your current stats or playing experience. For example if you lost money, or a specific menu is broken in a way that it would lead to an incorrect purchase or the loss of goods.

Our technical support system only allows technical Administrators access to your posts. Other users or Administrators do not have access to your data.


Problems with GTA itself or Rockstar are NOT a reason to open a technical ticket.
