Rules for Submitting a Complaint About an Administrator​

The title must include the following details:
[Reason for Complaint] | [Administrator's Name] | [Your ID]

Examples:

• Admin Jail for VDM | Kynzaro | 500
• Warning for RDM | Mina Cloud | 750
• Ban for Cheating | Theo Cloud | 320

Use the following template to write your complaint:

A complaint cannot be processed or considered if any of the following apply:​

1. The complaint or situation does not include enough information or is too unclear.
2. The evidence video is no longer accessible to the administration (e.g., older than 48 hours).
3. The complainant was not involved in the situation and cannot file a complaint as a third party.
4. The content or intent of the complaint is offensive or harmful.
5. Counter-evidence is uploaded to platforms other than:
   
   • Videos: [YouTube], [Streamable], [Medal], or [Clipchamp]
   • Screenshots: [Imgur], [Lightshot], [Gyazo], or [ImgBB]
6. Counter-evidence is edited and does not match the original video or screenshot.
7. A complaint has already been filed about the same situation.

Important Note:

- Commenting on complaints is strictly prohibited and will result in warnings. Only affected parties may submit counter-evidence, which must include video or screenshot proof.​
