2.General Information:

I want to be a leader of this organization because I had been in so many rp servers and most of the time I was in EMS doing rp. I have gained lots of experience from this servers and I think I should start my journey in this city by becoming the leader of EMS. I think I have the experience of a capable person who can handle EMS properly.

3.Leadership & Roleplay:

I don't have any kind of leadership experience but I have experience as an deputy in another city. I was managing everything which gave me the experience how a leader works.

I have strong management and decision-making skills. I organize teams efficiently, communicate clearly, and make quick, informed decisions under pressure. My focus on fairness and motivation helps drive team success and productivity.

My roleplay style is adaptive and collaborative. I can blend in any situations creating a better role play environment. I try my best to keep my personality as my roleplay character.

4. Vision for the Server:

For engaging the community I will do my best to do proper rp in this server which will encourage people to join the server. I will tell everyone whom I know to join this server and try new things and I think this will help all people who want's to try different things everyday.

For new activities within the organization. First of all I will bring a ranking system and some departments in the organization which will divide the work of my employees in separate sections. Employees can join in their favorite departments which will give them a better environment to do their work properly.

5. Additional Information:

You should choose me not others because I have the experience which the EMS need and I have the ability to run EMS properly. My ability to manage EMS will provide the players a better environment which will encourage the players to join EMS.
