Roleplay Biographies | Transgender Application​

Dear players,
Here you will find all the important rules for submitting a transgender application on Cloud Roleplay.
If the application is misused or not followed properly, the administration has the right to revoke it at any time.

Validity of an application:

• An approved transgender application is tied to a specific character and cannot be transferred to another person, character, or account.
• A female character cannot be played without an approved transgender application. If this happens, the account will be punished according to General Rule 6.20, and further administrative actions will be taken.

Revoking a transgender application:

• An approved transgender application can be revoked at any time.
• Revoking the application will result in a 7-days cooldown before a new transgender application can be submitted.
• To revoke an application, contact the Biographies team.

Changing the character's name:

• If the character’s name is changed and no longer matches the approved transgender application, this must be reported to the Biography team within 24 hours.

Inquiring about the status of the transgender application;

• If the Biographies team is contacted to ask about the status of the application, it will be immediately rejected.

Inactivity of the character:

• If the player does not actively use the application for more than 30 days, the administration may revoke it.

Compliance with the template & obligations:

• The transgender application must be submitted using the official template.
• Players must review all guidelines regarding transgender applications before submitting one.

Criminal record of the applicant:

• If the applicant has a negative criminal record within the past 30 days, the application may be rejected.
• If the applicant has been banned for cheating in the last 6 months, the application may be rejected.
• The final decision on approval or rejection of the application is at the discretion of the administrator.
