Roleplay Biographies | Personal Biography​

Dear players,
Here you will find all the important regulations to submit a personal biography on Cloud Roleplay.
If the application is misused or not followed properly, the admin team has the right to cancel it at any time.

Validity of an application:

• An approved biography request is linked to one character and cannot be transferred to other players, characters, or accounts.
• Without an approved biography, a typical roleplay actions may not be performed.

Name Change and Change of Character Organization:

• If the applicant's character name is changed and it no longer matches the personal bio, this must be communicated to a member of the biography team within 24 hours.
• If the applicant changes their organization, this must be communicated to a member of the biography team within 24 hours.

Rejection of the application of biography:

• An approved biography request can be cancelled at any time.
• Cancelling a request results in a 7-days cooldown before submitting another biography request.
• To cancel a request, contact a member of the Biographies team.
• If you contact the biography team to ask about the status of your bio, your application will be rejected immediately.

Inactivity of the character:

• If the player has not used their biography request for 30 days or more, the admin team may reject your bio.

Compliance with the template & obligations:

• A personal biography must be submitted in accordance with the template. The applicant is obliged to look at all information on the subject of biographies before submitting.
• If the application is not submitted in accordance with the template, it will be rejected directly.

Criminal record of the applicant:

• If the applicant has a negative criminal record within the past 30 days, the application may be rejected.
• If the applicant has been banned for cheating in the last 6 months, the application may be rejected.
• The final decision on approval or rejection of the application is at the discretion of the administrator.
